Using anonymous cookie data, users who visit particular areas within an advertiser's web site are tagged Specific Media.
Based on the user's behavior, Specific Media's Behavioral Segmentation Technology then indentifies them within specific behavioral segments.
Once a user returns to a site within Specific Media's Network of 450 sites (with over 70 million unique users per month) they will be shown an ad based on their past behavior.
